Do you ever wonder why there are 12 year old football players in the US outperforming your athletes? It's not because they lack the ability to balance on a swiss ball while doing alternating cable raises while suspended on a resistence band, its because they are fucking weak!!!! Squat, bench, deadlift and olympic lifts ITS FUCKING SIMPLE!!!
