  • Peter Twist, you money hungry scammer!!! You create these stupid exercises and useless contraptions and blab about how they are so essential to sports. Do you ever wonder why there are 12 year old football players in the US outperforming your athletes? It's not because they lack the ability to balance on a swiss ball while doing alternating cable raises while suspended on a resistence band, its because they are fucking weak!!!! Squat, bench, deadlift and olympic lifts ITS FUCKING SIMPLE!!!
