Relations between Russia and Norway have been developing steadily for more than a decade, but recent difficulties over oil and gas as well as with polar explorations and other issues have complicated ties. The guest to tell us more about future co-operation between the two countries is Thorbjorn Jagland, the President of the Norwegian Parliament.
