A peek behind the scenes of the Radio house of the Norwegian Broadcasting Corp. (NRK) in the summer of 1986. See the only computer monitor in the house at the line switching exchange (FR), analog tape recorder refusing to start in the studio K64 transmission of the popular show "Reiseradioen", a producer puffing his cigarette in studio, and so on. Nostalgia for radio engineers and every one else interrested in radio production and media!

  • I'm a Radio-Announcer down here in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) since 1990 and I can tell ya, back then this was supposed to be the top one hi-tech studio.

On my first job, I used to deal with spot-cartridges, Revox/Akai tape-records, the 'lovely' knob mixing console and the turn tables, of course!!!

    ...pretty "good" times, isn't it?

  • Veldig bra! Mer av dette!
