Sciatica case: Gonstead Chiropractic adjustment

Brad came in with very acute lower back pain (sciatica.) After a Gonstead analysis with x-rays the Doctor was able to find the specific site of his subluxation and relieve his pain by adjusting it. This shows Brad's entire consultation, with assessment, x-rays and adjustment as well as the follow up consultation where we can see his improvement.

i had S1 L5 problem before 10 years then i recovered and feel fine..but from past 10 years every year it started..,like once a year sometimes pain stay one week sometimes a month...then again normal.

@4dilemma This is very common with a chronic disc problem. The pain can go away for long periods and then return in cycles for many years. Eventually the painful episodes with come closer together and last longer. The body can adapt to its environment for periods of time thereby taking pressure of the joint, disc and nerve and also the disc can swell and contract at different times too. Im 16 and wanted a career in dentistry however this medical career is fascinating and the way in which you conduct yourself in your profession is fantastic :) we study patient care at college and this i use as a perfect example especially your episodes with younger children

@chiroexcellence, I've been to a regular chiropractor twice and dont see a difference. how would a gonstead chiropractic help? I just want to be a normal 25 year old with no pain. i want to get back to being my old athletic self.

@chiroexcellence, I have had low back pain since April 2011 but have no pain radiating down my leg. I can run around, lift weights (nothing serious) but the pain is still there (4/10) and its been that way since April. nothing debilitating but pain sucks whenever I sit or even jog for a little bit. my back muscles would get inflammed at times but it still hurts when its not inflammed. MRI shows a disc herniation on the L4/L5 and L5/S1. would a gonstead chiropractic lead to permanent fix?
