The Princess and the Frog
La Princesse et le crapaud
a beautiful princess, who had an attitude problem
Une ravissante princesse , qui avait quelques problèmes de comportement,
came across a particularly warty frog
rencontra un crapaud particulièrement verruqueux
To her surprise, the frog spoke
A son grand étonnement, le crapaud se mit à parler
he croaked
il coassa :
"sweet princess, give a poor frog a kiss and I shall grant you a wish"
"Charmante princesse, offrez un baiser à un pauvre crapaud et je vous accorderai un souhait
The princess swiftly kissed the frog and got a mouthful of pond scum.
La princesse embrassa le crapaud promptement et reçu une gorgée pleine de crasse d'étang
Her bad manners took over, and she rudely exclaimed:
Ses mauvaises manières reprirent le dessus et elle s'exclama grossièrement
"gross, I wish I never did that"
"Mince, je souhaite n'avoir jamais fait cela!"
With that, the princess exploded due to the resulting paradox.
Sur ce, la princesse explosa suite à ce paradoxe
The frog was left to brag to his friends.
Le crapaud pu alors se vanter auprès de ses amis
