@fromthesidelines It's very noticeable.

This commercial was very creative for that time period.

So he's allowed to have coco puffs but the squirrel won't let him have some trix
-
Yes, choco flavored cocoa puffs, and don't forget OTHER flavor cocoa puffs, which...oh really? There aren't any other flavors? Then why do we say choco flave...*BONK* (sound of body being dragged away)

This ad has better animation than the show?!

This was originally seen during the summer of 1960, as an "integrated commercial" during "ROCKY AND HIS FRIENDS", which was primarily sponsored by General Mills. There are several examples of "moose and squirrel" pitching other "Big G" cereals during this period [Jets, Trix], before Bullwinkle became Cheerios' chief "spokesmoose" from 1961 through '67.
i'd hate to see the worst singer.

The General Mills ads featuring Rocky and Bullwinkle were produced by Jay Ward's unit in Hollywood, 'Fluffer'- the body of the show was produced at Gamma Animation in Mexico...
