The Two Worlds of Internal Communication, and HR with Learning & Technology are Poles Apart. We conducted a Straw Poll at the Learning and Technology Conference 2011. The Result: 18/20 organisations don't put Internal Communication and eLearning together. "We did have one client in HR where Internal Communication were involved. The IC people were really against us - at first". When external and internal communication, marketing and branding are merging into one we believe that the best of both worlds can happen inside as well as out.
