  • I think this video is just clearly mislabeled...it's a DEMONSTRATION; there is absolutely NO instruction...someone's gonna hit the ice bad if they are really beginning skaters.

  • These videos are really a bad idea for beginning skaters. Trying to learn jumps and spins without proper instruction is not only dangerous, but can create bad habits that will need to be dealt with later in training. If you want to learn to skate, get a qualified coach!

  • You are supposed to take off of an inside edge not an outside. You're basically doing a loop..

  • a half wallie and a half flip are the same thing!

  • 1:02 How do you do that? I wish I could. I'm no where near it. I'm still 12 though. I still have time.

  • they're called loop jumps in the uk, not wallies

  • is a toe walley just a toe loop ?

  • first one was a half wally, not half toe.... she clearly doesnt use her left toe until she's forward.

  • isn't this supposed to be learned at freestyle 2?? and not alpha!??

  • ma wee sister can do this she can also do a full turn lol hehe she is really good :D

  • so it was a full wally and not a full toe wally. ok i think i understand...

  • @aj92507

toe wally is essentially the same as a toe loop only you use the LO3t that you use for salchow and change foot to put your left toe in the ice...that full wally looked like a loop but with a 3t...probably a similar connection with loop as with toe loop
