* 1 huevo

* 1/2 taza de leche

* 1 taza de pan molido

* 1/4 de cdta. de oregano seco

* 1/4 de cdta. de ajo en polvo

* 1/4 de cdta. de pimentón dulce

* 1cdta. de perejil fresco lavado

* 1/3 de taza de aceite de oliva

* 2 pepinos

* 3 papas medianas cocidas

* 12 hojas de lechuga orejona

* 1 cdta. de eneldo deshidratado

* Vinagre de zarzamora al gusto
