i have rom manager installed but its not letting me see or get any roms when i open where it says (download rom) it says premium or free and i cant hit either any ideas?

@kronic760 yes. Cyanogenmod is a developer, whose rom's go by the same name. If you didn't install it yet, then you won't have it.
