My boys always play in the hot summer rain! As long as its not a huge storm with lightning and thunder. Its good for them to experience the rain. The differnt sounds and textures and feelings of the water. You cant catch phnumomonia or a cold from getting wet!! People amaze me who still believe that myth! Its very very benifecial to allow children to explore their environement and playing in the warm rais is a great way to do that!

There is nothing wrong with letting a baby play in the rain :) It's just like having the sprinkler on. Plus, Pneumonia is only if this child -stays- wet and is cold. As long as he gets dried up he can play in the rain another day :D
