Reall simple - this exercise will make you feel like your climbing a mountain. A BIG mountain!
1) Assume a sprinters stance:
place both hands on the ground positioned under your chest with right foot forward (knee bent) and left foot back (knee extended).
2) Switch the positions of your feet by hopping and simutaneously driving the opposite knee forward.
3) Repeat step 2 to complete on rep.
