I have been seeing this hairstyle around a little lately, which is a flashback to a style that we used back in the 80's. It entails a simple ponytail, however each banded section needs to be ratted a little for volume, and then pull extra hair through the band to create a bubble/poof effect. You can have as many ponytails as your hair will allow, and you can also adjust the bubbles to be as big or little as you wish {by adjusting hair pull-through}. Enjoy!

@MirandaSmith100 you could try just breaking or cutting them off. But I only do that with the plastic elastics

how in the world do you get all those elastics out? whenever i put elastics in my hair it really hurts when i take them out!
