I am always enamored of no-nonsense approaches, in all domains. Berezovsky, however, strikes me as someone who has just gone too far in this direction. Or is it that he just has too much faciltity?
Goddamn, he played all 12 of the in ONE sitting - a superhuman feat - and he played them so fast and perfectly. Amazing range of sound, from the softest ppp to the loudest fff! Each performance here can stand alone awesomely, but to think he played them one after the other live, jesus.
