  • well, if you dont do any reactive work then i would do it.. but most people overcomplicate it way too much.. simple reactive drills prior to a lifting session, or some other time, ~3x/week will help alot.. you seem damn strong so, various movement drills like rebounding tuck jumps, double leg bounds, lateral barrier jumps, single leg RFI, 18" depth jumps would all be beneficial.. i would just pick 2 and perform a few sets and thats it..

    progress gradually.

    no need to go crazy w/ plyos..
