Beazer vs Ryan Quality vs Price

Seller of my home paid $400K on my Beazer Model and $500K on other Beazer Model and $600K on other Beazer Model in Township of 300 Acres and now Ryan Homes are building starting at $130K!!! My New Neighbour next door but one on other side of hole that I demanded a wall be put up so mud didn't go in the Owners windows and on his grass because I know the quality of the workmanship and I know who they send out here to frame. They had to redo my dining room floor because the sub floor had sank and blamed it on the Mexican Framers. Every truck I see around here I inspect for someone from Kentucky too! :) See Video named William Hall.

Main point is that BEAZER used to build here and is still fixing some things they did not do like my house for example that WAS a BEAZER MODEL home and my Client purchased it and 2 others and got screwed when Beazer moved out and Ryan moved in and now starting their prices at $130K when my Seller paid $400K, $500K and $600K for his models!

Now you get it? Have to watch other videos about the subdivision last dog video made driving in and one did on deck about workmanship to make sense. Peace!
