Preparation is key when trying to loss weight and having meals ready for you makes it so much easier.
This took me about 30 mins to do and I now have 5 meals ready to go.
Ingridents:-
This makes up to 5 meals
Home Pride Chilli 500g- 285cals
Co-op Prepared Carrot and Broccoli 500g - 200cal
1 red peper - 40cals
1 small red onion - 38cals
4 mushrooms - 16cals
Spinich -
lean minced meat 450g - 925cals
total = 1504cals
Per meal = 300cals (approx)
