Blessings everyone!

It's definitely been a LONG time since I've done a video but I wanted to touch base with all of you.

  • contratulations on youre results, you are amazing, i want to try fastin, so do you fast 2 times a week for 24 hourse and then you eat one meal a day the other 5 days??? You are such a insparation:)with warm greetings:)

    Yes, I fast two meals a day and eat supper with my family. No diet foods. If your interested, I have a face book group called The Sacrificial Diet. You can request to join and check it out. You will find lots of support and encouragement. Blessings.

  • Congrats on reaching your goals :) If anyone is watching this video looking for information on intermittent fasting, go ahead and try it. East Stop Eat, Fast-5, and Lean Gains are all great ways of doing it. I'm doing Fast-5 and have gone from 204 to 185 so far.

    Is Walmart getting into the gym business? Or is she saying she sneaks in after hours and works out on the display equipment?

  • @NaTUraLeTeXTuRe I lose about 1.5 lbs per week, but it does fluctuate... maybe five months. That's counting up until today, which I now weigh 172. A calorie deficit is what makes you lose weight, but intermittent fasting makes eating that many calories easy with no hunger when you get used to it. That and I read of a study that said vs normal calorie restriction, you lose a higher percentage of fat (to muscle), along the lines of 90:100 compared to 75:25.
