Greetings Women!!! When I was listening to Riane that first day, I was remembering something I used to share with Early Childhood Ed. teachers in training, which is that they were to be doing the 2nd most important job on the planet (after parenting!), and should be paid as a professional - at least $70 per hour per child!!!!!!@ This would really SHIFT their perspective on their work with children!!!
