I went there the 20th december 2000 until the 4th january 2000, so we celebrated the new millenium over there! It was great, and seeing those pics back gives great memories. The staff was so sweet, I loved them all, didn't want to leave! I miss Cuba terribly ...

Nicely done. My wife and I are going to Oasis Cayo Coco on April 7th. I am going to the tanning beds, I do not want a burn like that. That must have HURT

I lived in that hotel for 34 years working out there. My husband also worked there. We were there from 2001 till end of 2004. Your happy pictures brought back some good memories. Especially the last ones on the swing as thats where we got married. Thanks for letting us share your holiday slideshow - we really enjoyed it and saw some of our old pals.

what song is that?

I opened that hotel in 1997 and will fly back on friday to enjoy the Melia Cayo Coco this time. Will try to make some small videos. Great work yours!
Thanks Deb! I have a blast doing the editing and stuff...turns out I may have a "creative side" after all...LOL. We can't wait to go back December 8th and see all the staff again. Just the kids and us, so we're planning on swimming in the ocean with the dolphins, horseback riding on the beach, and a trip to Moron (sot the kids can see the "real Cuba"). That video should be more "tame"...hee hee. Thanks for introducing us to youtube!
