The driver is almost guaranteed prison time: He told the first cop that he "wanted to teach them a lesson." Regardless of how one feels about another form of transport, a brutal assault is a major felony.

It is true that the following car is responsible for a safe distance even if the lead car slams their brakes. However, intentionally slamming the brakes to cause an accident is not legal (though hard to prove). Further, swirving in front of someone and -then- slamming the breaks can be considered any number of things -- reckless endangerment for one. With the amount of witnesses on scene, even if the Doctor hadn't confessed he would still lose in court.

If these car and pathetic 4x4 drivers realized how serious road bikes are for the road, Then they would leave us alone! They should invest in one instead of sitting behind the wheel of a gas polluting car, They could be less stressful and be hardcore in lycra shorts! Road rage?? us cyclists are going to have to start equiping our bikes with go pro cameras to catch the road rage idiots in the act. Anyone who rides regularily will have multiple rage incidents with cars, there are just cylce haters out there.

if a car crashes in the back of another car the 1 who hits ihave the guilt and have to pay, if bikes are like cars then its the same law, the 2 bikers hit the car from behind and the law tells us that the 1 who hits must pay..... i dont care bout any coment so dont tell nothing to me xD, i just tellin the cars transit law.
