6.To pay means to deliver a tangible substance like gold or silver coin. Where there is no substance there is no payment. There is only pretend payment. Banks do not lend money, they pretend to lend money. They put no money in a borrowers account. They make bookkeeping entries that are reduced as the borrower writes checks against imagined deposits. When banks charge interest, they rent the appearance of money.
7.Monetary inflation, the printing of paper money, is illegal because it changes the measure of the monetary unit by watering down the currency that people use in their everyday transactions. Monetary inflation is what counterfeiters engage in when they create false money. The Federal Reserve counterfeits money under the color of law. The Congress has abandoned its lawful duty to maintain a system of just weights and measures

PetrosSparta your comment is stupid. Coins are wealth and barter. The Coinage Act of 1792 states. silver and gold to be used as money. To compare wealth to NOTHING aka digital money and say they are the same shows your ignorance.
