These video rants were created as part of Pacific Cinematheque's Digital Conversations youth workshop during National Media Education Week 2009.

After creating their own Public Service Announcements, youth were asked to comment on the effectiveness of digital media and communication in motivating youth to action, specifically answering the following question: How does the PSA work (or not work) in engaging people in global citizenship?

These videos are the resulting work by youth from: Lord Byng Secondary, Vancouver; Burnsview Secondary, Delta; and Fraser Heights Secondary, Surrey.
