Am building 3 replacement wall cabinets above the sink counter. 1/2'' oak plywood panels ripped to width at the table saw - here demonstrating crosscut results from the handheld router with a spiral bit. No chip out! Take time to set and square the clamp for accuracy.

  • Crosscuts were done with the circular saw oversized. Router squared the cut and removed no more than 1/4'' of material. Used 2 clamps and squared 6 panels with 2 setups. Took about half an hour.

  • That's a great technique, but it sure is time consuming.
