  • The other version posted on Youtube has a less harsh, less trebly sound - but the interpretation is always admirable.

  • @BeckyBarnett Well, actually little is know as to how fast baroque keyboard music should be played. There were no metronomes these days. Play it your own way, at your own speed, and have others say whether they like it or not, but let nobody say s/he knows the right way to play it.

  • @BeckyBarnett Compare Gould when he played young and old. He slowed down too and it is nice (and I'm not that old yet).
