Angela was magnifico in Rondine. Who cares if she's married or not. Jesus, what's wrong with you people ?

@ TFreckle -Yes, they are separated, but not divorced... perhaps partly because their money is so wrapped up in their joint performances, but perhaps also because of true love, although RA no longer wears his wedding ring...

I was lucky enough to obtain a pre-release copy. Our U3A Music Group loved it: lovely melodies, beautiful singing from Angela and Roberto. And we all remembered Samuel Ramey from his much younger days.

I'm glad that Angela is recovering from the flu she have for that telecast (I heard that one on the broadcast of that Saturday Afternoon performance). She surely took that lesson from Joyce DiDonato and her ROH Barber DVD.

Beautiful, beautiful opera ! Maybe you can say it's my favourite one ! Great production with Angela and Roberto, especially Angela is so great as Magda !
