  • hahaha quite alot of bellends on here! thanks to the people who gave me positive feedback really appreciate it!! to the ones who didnt, u think u know but u know shit, one this was just over 4 years ago and i admittedly still had alot to learn but now it proved what i was doing was right, add jason statham mortimer on facebook and u will find me and see me 4 years on, easpecially u retarded haters hahaha :)

  • I think you guys are being a little rough on this guy. Because 1 you don't have to be on drugs to press that much and 2 it's more common than you think to loose your hairline at that age.

  • @georgefaltus those are standard reps, if he goes any further, injuries can appear . And remember he has 135s in both hands, not 50 or 60...

  • His form is actually near perfect, so I don't know what the hell any of you guys are talking about. He may not be going the technical full ROM with this press, but he's pretty damn near close to it, especially with 135 in each hand. Some guys can't even bench 135 on the barbell hahaha, so keep up the good work!

  • Wow, put in all that effort & so many ppl only have hate for ya - that sux dude. I only lasted 12mths in a gym environment, so ur doing better than me mate - much better!

  • With him using that form (which is pretty bad for you, actually), it would be really bad if he went any lower than he does. Good stuff, but I'd work on rotating your shoulders in on the way down.

  • i love ppl who say they can squat 400+ then go down 6 inches, half rep bench press and all that crap. Look lower the phucking weight no one cares how much you can lift if you look like crap doing it. you just make yourself look like a tool...
