Those big sellers on eBay put a lot of money into product and many already have a brick and mortar outlet.

You can catch quantity discounts from some small obscure manufacturers out there, but that's about it. If you don't have 10s of thousands to make a big order, hang it up, and do something that can actually make you money.

Save up and buy a machine that enables you to so something in demand cheaper than individuals can do it themselves
