On his first official visit to Serbia, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has delivered the first speech by a foreign leader to the Serb parliament.
He also warned against inappropriate parallels between the 1999 Balkan crisis and last summer's Georgian attack on South Ossetia, but said that both events proved the failure of European security system.

    It was majority Slavic...with a Slavic language as it's most widely used one. And no I don't have anything against non slavs...I just think it makes sense for all Slavic countries to unite.
