The amount of each component built in the city/town complex (Ranging from the large lot deached homes section to urban center section) will be based on real demand. In the city-complex plan I displayed, only about 10% of the residents are in the dense urban centers.

Very interesting thoughts and ideas. I personally don't desire to live in any of these types of facilities. My concern is this is too close to the agenda the world government proposes. If there is a way to assure / guarantee this will not be controlled by the gov't but by the people...then maybe I would consider it.  You are right in the respect of all of us coming together, we can make things happen. I just hope it is the right things we are coming together for! Peace and safety my friend!

I realized, it's also important that we have real community enrichment, for the young people specifically. So I suggest Multi-story neighborhood clubhouse facility's. The closest comparison would be a recreational center, but those wouldn't even compare to what this neighborhood clubhouse would be for a community.

Real enrichment for community youth, to hone there skills & talents & enjoy themselves. Unlike the current structure that discourages talents & skills among children in school, ect..

@Cyrus992 Ha, Cyrus planning isn't Socialistic in anyway shape or form. It's the model of how a true society should be, instead of packed neighborhoods that depend on cars to travel to there necessity's & inefficient town structures that are wasteful & uncreative.

I pity the people who are stuck in the current structure & believe it is the greatest thing since sliced bread, instead of opening there eyes to this new model of efficiency, sustainability & True community.

Yeah.. and many of the young people are totally lost... and they will regret ignoring me. Many still however respect me but do not show a lot of interest.

@Cyrus992 damn, much respect on your ideas/effort/courage to put them out there. I'm glad there are still younger adults thinking/inspired like this....the plans reminded me of my design days in college, but you are much more pertinent and in-the-know than i was at that age...much respect man, my youngest sister is your age, 'n i can't find any of them to take one real thing seriously for longer than a minute! it's Not good, is a major understatement
