If your hull (empty shell) is falling through the press on station #2 (the priming station), then you are missing parts to the press. There should be a spring-loaded piece that fits in the hole from the underside of the shell platform and anchors in the base (there should be a tiny hole where it fits). Spring tensions and the hole hold the priming unit in place.
