Unfortunately time has not marched on since AA was begun. It's an outdated program keeping us shackled to the dark ignorance of the past.

I can say that my life is better than it would be if I was stuck going to nonsense meetings and feeling sorry for myself while repeating horrible affirmations about how powerless I am over my addicton !

The simple truth is that alchoholism cannot be a disease . It meets absolutely none of the criteria for disease . This lie has caused so much pain for so many people and actually caused more people to continue using because the disease concept absolves the user from personal responsibility . I have personally quit all drugs and alchohol without using the ridiculous AA program !
