Done this workout twice (combined with my typical 3-4 cardio sessions/week), and I love it. It's actually the best workout I think I've done for my obliques. I'm excited to see what they'll look like in a few weeks! :)

Is it okay to take a break in between each different exercise or is it better to be out of breath and push through the entire video?

You can take a break but I would recommend no longer than 2 minutes.

It depends on what/how much you're eating mostly! You could do this 3 times a week and eat a really good diet with the right amount of calories (less if you need to lose weight/more if you need to gain) and you would start to see small results in 2-3 weeks probably, and more if you continued :)

i've been doing this about 3 times a week at least i keep 2 lb. weights on my desk and just do these in my off time and i've noticed the biggest change in definition in my arms! they were a tad flabby before and now when i flex i can see a little line in my bicep and it's even helped my shoulders along with my cardio routine and eating healthy. LOVE this workout i really feel the burn thanks sarah!
