Fallout 3 - Mesmetron - Get Sexy Sleepwear on NPCs

1. Mesmetron only works on select targets.
2. Works on most non-named characters(ie. Megaton Setter), Raiders, even Enclave.
3. Leave you follower somewhere else or he will kill the target.
4. One of my characters(evil) got alot of crashes trying to do this. Beware.
