I was just catching up on your HFH videos. Great job accomplishing your goals!! I hope you can pull through to hit your target for Christmas. I need to get back on track with my weight loss goal, but college is overwhelming me at the moment :( There is a rowing machine at my college gym, perhaps I should try it out one day whenever I find more time.
