@usb908 it's beat it 3 times with capcom people get frank west, 6 times with capcom get zero, 3 times with tatsunoko for tekkaman blake, 6 times with tats for joe the condor,then beat it with all the unlocked people for yatterman-2

22 billion is about the average of the spectrum. Zero's does 21, and Ryu's Shin Shoryuken only does 16 billion.  Chun Li's also does about 16 billion and you pretty much ahve to combo into it, reducing its damage output. You can combo OUT of Ryu's Shin Shoryuken though.

That's not a super. just hold down any attack button. It's called "Hyper Zero Buster" Release to fire.
