@BigTysHouseOfTech Linux, BSD and Mac OS, and console use OpenGL while only Windows uses DirectX.

I'll be honest with you folks that Linux can run almost any Windows game (well lag a bit in some game).
It's not because of Linux, stop crying about it and check you installations and hardware.
If WINE isn't your satisfied emulator, try PlayOnLinux or CrossOver.

@rockoman100 Nope TF2 and Portal run very smooth with WINE on ArchLinux and Debian, no problem at all.
I believe you should upgrade your hardware systems.

@Loyen91 I'm using a n450 atom processor, my boot to use time is <25 seconds and my google chrome loads in <2 seconds ^^
