  • Great music! This movement is too mahlerian, not well known, but is ghost, lyrical, beauty, tragic, nice, and many another things.

  • the idea of death was present in Mahler in this movement, an scherzo a kind of dark and obscure dance, but at the same time serene and tender as if it was dealing with a fairytale

  • I want to play this in the background while I do my homework, but it's so hard not to look at Leonard Bernstein and his delicious hair.

  • @XxelzixX Well, I'm doing it for A2 music and I'm quite getting to like this symphony.

  • Etherial.First attracted me to this wonderful composer. However don't like Bernsteins interpretation.

  • @ezekieloak I believe that is a piccolo :)

  • Love this! The 4th is a personal fave!

  • I love the violin solo. It sounds like death is being mischievous!

  • Death as a wind-up toy.

  • @XxelzixX Same here, I literally know nothing about any of it either

  • Mahler for A2.. FAIL :(
