on DX9 it runs maxed out ~30fps (1280x1024)
FPS w/out fraps: 35 (~25 @ 1280x1024 on DX10)
FPS with fraps: less than 20
I'll make a video of the official game and not the BETA in March.

O.o muchos thanks. My friend has a 9800gt and is suffering greatly. It's a good thing the screen I gave him only goes up to like 1024 x 768 :]

Hell yeah preordered and getting it on first day release. I actually got a key at the last mi nute to test my system and it actually ran really well, 50-70+ FPS with everything max but shadows and AA, here's some shots:
