  • Todd, I will ask you again, please take this video down. This is not what I teach, nor did you train "With" us. I did allow you to come observe once and ever expected you to do this to me (please take the knife out of my back). What you are showing in this video will more than likely get somebody killed if they try it. We don't swipe at the gun from the side like that as the bad guy will yank back and you will miss. Peripheral vision will give you away and you will probably be shot.

  • the best thing to do is cooperate with the gun man

  • Haha, why not just stick your finger in the hole to block the bullet. Step one... always make safe the body before any movement.

  • great!!!!!

  • BET IT WONT WORK ON A BIGGER GUY

+2. Exert pull+torsion in the hand at an angle resulting of the grabslap applied on the gun, thus forcing a single shot at a controlled angle & securing the index finger inside trigger loopguard to ensure it breaks & nothing can oppose you from taking possesion of the gun. It's really hard to oppose disarm with a broken-disjointed finger. Other hand should help twist & hyperextend by securing forearm & pull.

  • 5. Removal & manipulation of the gun.

If the dude is a lazy ass just slap the gun out of his hand at a controlled angle (1kg+steel+enough kinetics in the right place/angle=does it) Better not take any chances & practice a lot, secure your life first.

All this written from memory, hope muscular reflex is just as sharp. Peace.

  • All this in one combined movement with priorities ranging:

    1. Get as far away from the killzone. (As a consequence & consecuence of the handslap, and your own movement away from the killzone (step into shadow) + twist & hyperextension.

    2. Secure absolute manipulation on the movement and aiming of the killzone.

    3. Prevent and/or control detonation.

    4. Secure & control offender through fingerbreak, hand break, elbow break, anything-break/gouge/hit/whatever.

  • THEORY:

    1. Secure the gun from the top applying your thumb and as much of the meat of the hand as you can over the trigger finger and try to lock the hammer with any of your other fingers gripping the back of the gun, that way you may burn your hand but not get a second shot (sometimes it prevents the first shot*thus no hand burn*).

  • The correct technique is a combined movement that begins the milisecond you know you are in range, the milisecond you know you are in the killzone by; gyrating, stepping out of the killzone, and forcing the aim of the killzone further away by MANIPULATING the hand (person), using as a weight, axis & support the gun in it. I'll try to detail on the following comments...

  • Guns have only one killzone and that's right in front of the barrel. Having stated this if someone points a gun at you; from that moment, until you leave the killzone or until the killzone points somewhere else: You are endangering your life by staying in the killzone even for a fractions of a second!

(much more to gesture surrender and act calmly *The dude pointing the gun at you KNOWS you ARE shitting your pants.* act cool & he'll be suspicious of your next move).
