With a drill bit. Just match the bit and the axle pin.

hey kavisi, I have a slash 2wd with a 2200kv mm ( tight fit i know) where do i get the pinion and spur gear you have that might fit a slash thanks awesome vid

@killaanissan thanks. Never owned a slash. Just looked at the exploded view and you should be able to run a rustler tranny. Spurs from integy. Once at the site search for T3178. Pinions, eBay or rcmonster. They should all be mod 1.
