Hoor je me?

"Hoor je me?" (Do you hear me?) is a short film I made in may 2009 with Cybele R. Collins, while in Providence. The initial idea was to shoot and edit this video in the style of Frans Zwartjes, a Dutch experimental filmmaker (most of his films date from the late sixties, early seventies - see related videos for some of his work) - eventually I choose for a more conventional editing-style, but it's still much influenced by the cut-up style of Zwartjes.

As a side-note: there should be a small pause in between the "Hoor je me?" lines at the start of the movie. For some ore other reason these pauses were dropped during the conversion into mp4, but there's still a small glitch to be seen between them. Whatever.
