  • julie, sarah, hellooooo la,la,LA. julie, is hydroxy a better form of b-12 than methyl? also i tried out the jarrow brand and liked it. but now i'm thinking i want to step it up a notch and take a b-complex. problem is that i cannot find one with methylcobalamin in it. only walmart brands. could you please recommend one? prefferably a sublingual liquid. and oh yeah, last but not least. YOU GIRLS ROCK. i love how you girls can inspire people to personally advance themselves thru education. i love it

  • @chupeeze yeah, its tough to find a b complex with methyl form, but just do your best. most b complex has very little b12, so you could always take a b complex and add more methyl b12 if you need it (not sure that you would).i prefer whole food b complex to liquids. which would be new chapter, megafood, etc.. good brands to start with . most liquid b complex are not food form. see my vid on vitmains.. food form vs isolates... thanks!

  • are you about stress relief?

  • @harliette yes, stress relief is a good thing...

  • @RawHealingPatch what do you do for stress relief or is it jst in a supplement

  • @harliette supplements are not the best choice. try to do meditation, yoga, exercise, visualization, and refrain from stimulants like caffeine.

  • i take 5-10k per day :)

  • dancing with myself

  • thanks for the feedback, we will look into hydroxy... and from what i have found, the b12 is ulitilized better (assimilation is different from absorption) when going straight thru the salivary glands into the blodd stream. b12, by nature, does not do very well in the stomach environment. but i undrstand and do know there is some mixed research out there. as for the recommendation, we know there is no cap on b12, but we choose not to tell people to take huge doses; a health prof. can. thx!

  • You guys forgot to mention hydroxycobalamin, also a better source than cyano~. Couple things I disagree with though; 1) sublingual absorption is NOT superior to oral dosing, and 2) there is no upper limit toxicity established for B12, so your recommendation of not exceeding 5k mcg's seems unfounded. Personally I take anywhere from 15k-20k per day of methylcobalamin.
