Yes I knew she had that surgery... I am actually one of the main posters of the Romanian thread on IG and post alot of news and updates on the Romanian girls........

@serenenz Did you know Ponor recently had some heart surgery? She's fine, though.

yeah it's sad.... I hope the comebacks are successful, Izbasa only just came back last year around this time and had good success so far, Ponor out of retirement.. exciting..

@serenenz It's okay. After my last comment I looked it up on intlgymnast and it said that. Thank you so much for the update. God. All the best gymnasts are injured it seems. Some are just coming back, like Memmel and Johnson.

Yes the news was on a link on Facebook .... I dont know how to post it into here though... sorry but there was even an article and her coach said that she will not compete. She has some sort of injury to her knee - soft tissue injury..
