Parents in protest over children defilement

Barely a month after the first lady Lucy Kibaki warned teachers of dire consequences for defiling girl students a man in her Othaya backyard has allegedly defiled three underage girls. Earlier today, parents in Kagonye village in Othaya staged a protest at a nearby school demanding action against the alleged rapist.

Pathetic pathetic pathetic!!!! parents, teachers and students should be given basic education on personal safety, how to avoid and prevent danger from strangers and even untoward family members. Yes, knowledge will dramatically reduece such incidents of horror. Waiting on the Kenya government will take a millenia.
