Yes, they do that here in the US too. They send undercover cops in, dressed like protesters, so it looks like the protesters are getting violent; they do it in Canada too. Then they have an excuse to use force!

In 2003, 2 British agents dressed as Arabs were arrested by Iraqi police for driving around, shooting at civilians and for carrying explosives. Is it possible that the US and its' closest allies have been fueling the Iraqi "resistance" to the American occupying force to justify a prolongued stay in Iraq?
