I wasn't into 80's disco very much. My favourite music is 70's orchestral disco, but SEA HUNT is just a masterpiece. So beautiful, atmospheric and melancholic.... It's very sad the Cowley had gone so soon. He would be in his 'environment' in today's electronic scene.

Great!! I never heard this Remix of Sea Hunt. It's good made and have the typical Cowely-touch, that never reach another since nearly 30 years. RIP Pat - You was and are still the best in Synth.Dancemusic....it's not Techno, House or something similar. Just Pat create Songs that push you in the stratosphere....and don't forget - he made this music almost 30 years ago...

@yohday Ya I remember the Trocadero I was living there in San Francisco only in my mid 20s worked at Luckys when I had time went to the Badlands they played quite a bit of Patricks music. I still have all the 12" records I bought in the 80s there in the Castro record stores.

OMG! This takes me way, way back. I knew Patrick through the gang at Moby Dick Records and it still hurts that they're gone almost 30 years later. Anyone happen to know what happened to Patrick's friend Jeff who was from Nob Hill, went to Berkeley and moved east in 73-74? I can't think of his last name for the life of me but it was something really German that started with R. The last time I saw him was at Jerry Gilliam's funeral.
