  • @collwatt i suppose if your elbows are too low then yes it'll hurt your wrist, but from experience if your form isn't good when attempting front squats then the bar won't even stay on top/behind your clavicle close to your throat(assuming the weight is heavy enough)

  • @RSixBoy bad form will put gigantic pressure on the wrist

  • @jakebrigand if his wrist hurts its most likely due to wrist flexibility issues, not because hes doing the FS wrong

  • @foringjar612 hes stronger than you. and if your wrists hurt more with heavier weight then you're doing it wrong.
