Definitely like the Alta exhaust system. I will be buying the stealth one later down the road with the double tips. My question for you is where did you buy the Blackout kit? I was going to buy a kit from Aesthetic Creations, but they are no longer selling the Blackout kits anymore as they are only a 2 men team and they said that it is too time consuming to make. So is there another site that I could check out, that you know of? I know about Lyle's Vinyl styles, but I am on the fence w/ them.

Hi I would like to buy a full exhaust system built with tube diameter 3.0 "(7.6 cm) designed specifically for the MINI COOPER S R56. Completely made of stainless steel 304 is synonymous with quality and performance of a catalyst with 300 cells and attack lambda.

@aksion00 that's better than the Proxes R-1Rs which have a similar tread pattern.

@mikel1982 For sure. It seems that they have a treadwear rating of 200. And yes, I'd recommend them for mostly track/light street use...unless you're ballin' enough to use them as dailies and can afford to replace them often.

@aksion00 thanks I was wondering what type they were they look sick... but definitely not daily drivers, probably has a treadwear of 140 or something hehe.

Is the pop/burble sound from the downpipe switch or the catback portion???? Or the tune? :) Love it.. I'm at a toss up between this and the borla.. and leaning this way only because of the pop/burble

Actually that is the stock valve. This car has an ALTA Performance intake which lets you hear that cool woosh even while using the stock valve.

It does have a downpipe. (sorry should have stated that) Without the downpipe it will be a touch quieter

Sorry guess that was not in the original description. It does have an ALTA Performance Downpipe. So it is a turbo back.
