@ar53nalfc You can move your shoulders closer to the anchor point, or raise the height of the handles. Either or.

TRX Leg Curl. I use it with a swiss ball for my clients calling it swiss ball leg curl.
To make it harder, you could set the TRX higher as you will have to carry more body weight

Any idea how to make it harder once it becomes easy? With GHR, u can load it with a plate.

Maybe not a full GHR but definitely more cost effective!

Sam (the guy in the video) couldn't get more than 10 of these on any set. He is good for about 15-20 GHRs at a time.They're hard.
